Directions Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. For food safety & quality, follow these cooking instructions. Microwave Oven (1100 Watts): Prep: Remove film. Cook: 7 minutes on high. Let stand 1 minute to complete cooking. Conventional Oven (Preheat 350 Degrees F): Remove film. Place tray on baking sheet, center rack. Cook 45 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Will be hot!
