Directions
You Will Need: boneless beef chuck roast (2 to 3 lbs.); slow cooker (6 quart size recommended). 1. Place beef into slow cooker. Pour sauce over beef. (No need to add water.) 2. Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours or until beef is fork-tender. (Or cook on high 4 to 5 hours.) 3. Shred beef and mix with sauce. Great served over rice. Promptly refrigerate after opening. Do not microwave. Recommended use by date on container. Get creative with your leftovers! Korean Tacos: Use shredded beef, cabbage, and spicy sour cream (just mix sour cream with hot sauce); serve n 6 inch tortillas.
