Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease or spray sides and bottom of pan or muffin cups. Add water (according to mixing chart) to bowl. Blend cornbread mix (according to mixing chart) with water until all lumps disappear (about 20 strokes). Do not over mix. Pour batter into prepared pan or scoop into muffin cups. Bake immediately. Bake bread at 375 degrees F for 30-35 minutes. Bake muffins at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy! Mixing Table Chart: To Make 8x8x2 Pan: Mix - 3 Cups Corn Bread Mix, 1 1/2 cups of water; Bake 30-35 minutes. To Make 12 Muffins: Mix - 3 Cups Corn Bread Mix, 1 1/2 cups of water; Bake 20-25 minutes. To Make 9x13x2x Pan: Mix - 6 Cups Corn Bread Mix, 3 cups of water; Bake 30-35 minutes. To Make 24 Muffins: Mix - 6 Cups Corn Bread Mix, 3 cups of water; Bake 20-25 minutes. High-altitude baking Instructions (above 5,000 Ft): Add 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour and 2 Tbsp of water. For convection ovens, reduce time by 5 minutes and temperature by 25 degrees.
