For use in conventional oven. Not for use with countertop electronic roaster ovens.
For Best Results - Please Follow These Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat conventional oven to the temperature called for in the recipe. Oven temperature should not exceed 400 degrees F. Add 1 tbsp of flour in bag to protect against bursting. Use a pan that is the last 2 inch deep. Place rack in pan. Bag should not touch sides or top of oven. 2. Place your ingredients in the bag and close within two inches of food with nylon ties provided in packaging. using a fort, poke six holes in top of the bag. Since food cooks in less time when using a bag, place a cooking thermometer through bag into the thickest area of meat or poultry, without touching the bone, to check if food is fully cooked before serving. 3. Let food stand in oven bag for 10-15 minutes before opening. To open bag, carefully cut top of bag with scissors. Be careful of steam when opening the bag. Make sure the bag's pan is on a supportive surface. After food is removed from the bag with caution, just remove the bag from the pan and throw it in garbage.
